The Website www.bvalve.es is owned by Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L. and it complies with the requirements arising from Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, as well as regulations in force related to personal data protection and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L. reserves the right to amend or adapt this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend you revise this Privacy Policy every time you access the Website. In the event that the user has registered on the Website and they access their account or profile, upon accessing the same, they will be informed if there have been any substantial amendments to how their personal data are processed.

When and why?
You may browse on the majority of our web pages without providing any personal information but in some cases said information is necessary to offer you the electronic services you request from us.

In the event you send us your curriculum vitae, either via the Website, email or physically by post sent to our address or at any office of Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L., this will be included in our database. Your curriculum vitae will be stored for one year, after which it will be removed if we have not contacted you.
The legal basis for processing is the express consent granted by the interested party in relation to processing of the data contained in their curriculum vitae upon sending it and checking the box provided.
The purpose of processing is to include the interested party in current and future recruitment processes at Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L., or any entity pertaining to the business group.
If the interested party joins Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L. or any of the entities pertaining to the business group as an employee, their information will be included in a database owned by the same so the employee-employer working relationship may be managed internally.
- Sending of the newsletter:
Our Website offers you the chance to subscribe to the Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L. newsletter. To do so, you must provide us with an email address, to which it will be sent.
This information will be stored in a Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L. database, where it will remain recorded until the interested party unsubscribes or, if applicable, Bvalve Flow Systems And Controls, S.L. ceases to send its newsletter.

Who will your data be communicated to?

These should be sent to the email address indicated above; you can also use the forms offered by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of your identification document. Similarly, if you would like to use a representative, your request must be accompanied by a photocopy of your identification document or electronic signature.
Forms must be submitted in person or sent by post or email to the addresses that appear in the “Data Controller” section.
We have one month to respond to your request, counted from the date it is received.
How long do we store your data for?
Personal data will be stored while the link with us is maintained.
When it ends, the personal data processed for each of the purposes indicated herein will continue to be stored for the time frames established in law. If there is no legal time frame, they will be stored until the interested party requests that they be erased or they withdraw their consent, or within the time frame that a judge or court may request, bearing in mind the statute of limitations for legal actions.
